Hi, I’m Caroline! I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach based in Greenwich, Connecticut. I work with clients one-on-one to implement sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that lead to long-term results.

After working in the corporate and nonprofit sectors, I took a leap of faith and transformed my passion for health into my purpose. As I worked tirelessly to heal my own PCOS through nutrition and lifestyle changes, my mission of approaching health holistically to help other women heal their bodies - and live their most serene lives - became clear.
