I’m Caroline, a certified integrative nutrition health coach and the founder of Serenity Health. I support women who want to feel better in their bodies without restriction or extremes.
My work is rooted in the belief that sustainable health comes from understanding the whole picture—nutrition, hormones, stress, lifestyle, and the realities of everyday life. Rather than rigid plans or quick fixes, I help clients build steady, supportive habits that actually last.
I have a particular focus on hormonal health and PCOS, shaped not only by my professional training but my own experience managing PCOS symptoms through nutrition and lifestyle changes. Like many women, I spent years navigating conflicting wellness advice and approaches that didn’t account for the complexities of PCOS or real-life demands. My role is to help you cut through the noise, understand what your body needs, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I received my holistic health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and have worked with clients privately as well as through digital health platforms, including Wellory. My writing has been featured in Poosh, where I share a my grounded, whole-person approach to wellness.
